Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel has seven on-site restaurants. Breakfast is served at Buffet Dining Kochel between 6.30 and 10.00 each morning. The all-you-can-eat buffet includes a wide range of Japanese and international dishes and costs 3,000 per person. This restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner.

Hotel restaurants that are open for lunch and dinner, include a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese seafood restaurant, a Japanese kaiseki cuisine restaurant, and a teppanyaki grill restaurant where you can enjoy steak and yakiniku. Lunch, dinner and tea are also served in the lobby lounge and the Top of Yokohama Bar Lounge on the 42nd floor also serves meals.

A 7th floor rooftop barbecue and beer garden is open in the summer season.

Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel has a 24-hour reception desk with multi-lingual staff. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check out is by 11.00.
