Yokohama Porta – or simply Porta – is an underground shopping mall on the east side of Yokohama Station. Inside the mall you can find a variety of stores selling fashion, accessories, cosmetics, gifts, and sportswear as well as food stores, restaurants and convenience stores. And because everything is on one floor, it is quite easy to find your way around.
Steps and escalators from the East Exit of Yokohama Station lead directly into Porta. On the other side of Porta you can find the Sogo and Marui department stores, the Yokohama Sky Building and the East Exit Bus Terminal and the YCAT bus terminal.

After entering Porta from the East Exit of Yokohama Station you will see an Information Booth directly ahead of you. Here you can pick up a guide map which will show you where all the different shops and restaurants are.
Clothing Stores
Regal Shoes is a reliable brand of footwear in Japan selling everything from casual sneakers to formal shoes for men and women.
Twelve Agenda is a fashion boutique selling elegant casual clothes for ladies in their 30s and older.
DoCLASSE is a clothing store which stocks timeless, stylish fashions for men and women in their 30s and older.
Tokyo Masuiwaya is a traditional clothing store selling high quality kimonos.
The Jayro boutique sells a range of simple casual clothes for ladies which are suitable for every season.
Randa is a shoe store for ladies selling a range of footwear suitable for work or play.
Other Stores & Facilities
3 Coins is a chain of stores selling a range of cheap goods, such as bathroom and kitchen products, socks and accessories, usually for around 300 yen.
DHC is a beauty and healthcare store selling cosmetics, health foods, and diet products.
Nippon Travel Agency can be used to book various package tours, air tickets, hotels and sightseeing buses. It also has a Travelex currency exchange counter
Cafes and Restaurants
Porta has a great range of restaurants and cafes serving both Japanese and international cuisine. Here you can find sushi, ramen, soba and udon noodles, yakitori (grilled chicken), pork cutlets, and wagyu beef restaurants specializing in cutlets, steak or tongue.
There are also restaurants serving Chinese, Korean, Thai, Italian and Taiwanese food as well as ice cream parlors and hamburger diners. And if you just want a short break and a cup of coffee there are cafes like Tully’s and Starbucks.
