Breakfast is served from 7.00 am in the all day buffet restaurant Compass. Here you can enjoy a mix of Western, Japanese and Chinese breakfast dishes. Vegetarian and halal dishes are available on request.

For other meals this hotel also has restaurants serving Chinese and French cuisine as well as a Japanese kaiseki restaurant serving gourmet course meals and a Japanese teppanyaki grill restaurant serving seafood and wagyu beef steak.

Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers has a 24-hour reception desk with English-speaking staff. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check out is by 12.00.

The hotel has its own fitness center with treadmills, bikes, and a set of free weights. There is also a large, heated indoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a solarium corner with suntanning machines.

There is a pastry shop in the hotel where you can buy freshly baked bread and cakes.

Free Wi-Fi is not available outside of the guest rooms unless you are a Marriott member or Sheraton Club member.

The Club Lounge

Sheraton Club members can enjoy use of an exclusive Club Lounge which has free Wi-Fi. The Club Lounge has free snacks and drinks all day and can be used as a study, living room or dining room. A free breakfast is served in the Club Lounge between 7.00 and 10.00 and cocktails are served between 17.00 and 21.00.
