New Otani Inn Yokohama Premium

New Otani Inn Yokohama Premium is a stylish, modern hotel in the heart of Yokohama’s main tourist area. This hotel has its own on-site restaurant, English-speaking staff and excellent access to public transport facilities.

This hotel is located above the Colette Mare shopping complex on the 10th to 19th floors. On the lower floors of Colette Mare you can find a wide variety of shops and restaurants as well as a cinema and a fitness gym. The New Otani Inn is also close to the tourist attractions of the Minato Mirai district, with Yokohama Landmark Tower, the Cup Noodle Museum, and the Cosmoworld amusement park all within walking distance.

Guest Rooms

New Otani Inn Yokohama Premium has 240 guest rooms over ten floors which include a variety of room types. Most rooms come with twin beds or double beds. All rooms come with a TV, a refrigerator, an air purifier, an electric kettle and tea-making facilities, a trouser press, a safety deposit box, a hair dryer, nightwear, slippers and blackout curtains. Bathrooms are supplied with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, shaving razors and hairbrushes.

Breakfast & Dining

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at a restaurant on the 3rd floor called Shitamachi Dining & Café The Sea. Breakfast is an all-you can eat buffet served from 7.00 to 10.00 which includes both Japanese and Western dishes such as pancakes, fruits and desserts. The restaurant has a pleasant view over the Minato Mirai skyline.

However, there are many other restaurants to choose from in the lower floors of the Colette Mare complex, with international choices including Chinese, Italian, French, Arabic and Hawaiian food, as well as Japanese restaurants serving sushi, yakiniku barbecue, okonomiyaki pancakes and ramen noodles.

Other Services & Facilities

The hotel entrance and 24-hour reception desk are located on the 3rd floor of the Colette Mare building. From there elevators take guests directly up to the guest room floors.

Check-in time is from 15.00 and check out is by 12.00.

DVD players, irons and ironing boards are available to borrow from reception.

In-room massages can be booked at reception for a fee.

A laundry service is available everyday except Sundays and public holidays.

Souvenir cookies, cakes and accessories are available in the hotel shop.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Location

New Otani Inn Yokohama Premium is a one-minute walk from Sakuragicho Station on the JR Negishi Line and Subway Blue Line. It is also convenient for the Yokohama Air Cabin Ropeway on which you can take a cable car ride from Sakuragicho to Unga Park. Here is a map showing the hotel’s location.
