Shin-Yokohama Station has both key lockers and automatic lockers on three floors. There is also a baggage storage service in the station’s Tourist Information Center. The main concourse at Shin-Yokohama Station
Lockers in Shin-Yokohama Station
All lockers at Shin-Yokohama Station are priced at 300 yen for small lockers, 500 yen for medium lockers, and 700 yen for large lockers. The lockers are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the station building. Both key lockers and automatic lockers are very easy to use and have directions for their use printed in English and other languages. Automatic lockers are operated with multilingual touch screens and take both cash and IC cards.

Key lockers by the 2nd floor escalators
There are key lockers on the 2nd floor by the escalators on the north west side of the main concourse.
Automatic lockers by the 2nd floor elevators
There are also automatic lockers on the 2nd floor by the elevators on the north west side of the main concourse. These lockers accept cash and IC cards and are available between 4.30 and 24.30.
Automatic lockers on the 3rd floor
There are automatic lockers on the 3rd floor by the north east elevators. These lockers take cash and IC cards and are available to use between 4.30 and 24.30.
Baggage Storage Service
At Shin-Yokohama Station you can leave your luggage at the Tourist Information Center inside the station. You can find it directly across from the East Shinkansen Ticket Gates. The fee is 500 yen per item per day and the center is open from 9.00 till 21.00.
