The Keikyu Main Line is a private railway line that runs between Sengakuji Station in Tokyo’s Minato ward and Uraga Station in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. This is also an important through line for direct express services bound for both Narita Airport and Haneda Airport. Services bound for Narita Airport continue beyond Sengakuji Station on the Toei Asakusa Line. Services bound for Haneda Airport are diverted from the Keikyu Main Line onto the Keikyu Airport Line at Kamata Station. There are also southbound through services for the seaside resort area of the Miura Peninsula that are diverted onto the Kurihama Line at Horinouchi Station.
This railway line is run by the Keikyu Corporation so it is not covered by the Japan Rail Pass. At Yokohama Station southbound services for Kamiooka and Miurakaigan depart from Platform 1 and northbound services for Haneda Airport, Shinagawa and Narita Airport depart from Platform 2.

Transfers can be made at nearby JR Tsurumi Station to the Keihin-Tohoku Line and the Tsurumi Line.

Keikyu Kawasaki Station
This station serves the city of Kawasaki and is convenient for Toshiba Science Museum. Other popular attractions in Kawasaki are Kawasaki Daishi: a popular temple complex dating from 1128; Japan Open Air Folk House Museum: an architectural park with many traditional thatched farm houses; and the Fujiko F. Fujio Museum which is dedicated to the creators of the manga character Doraemon.
Transfers can be made here to the Keikyu Daishi Line. At nearby JR Kawasaki Station transfers can be made to the Tokaido Line, the Keihin-Tohoku Line and the Nambu Line.

Keikyu Kamata Station
Kamata is an area of Ota City which is famous for the black mineral waters of its onsen hot spring baths. Several public hot spring bathhouses are located within walking distance of the station. Transfers can be made here to the Keikyu Airport Line with services bound for Haneda Airport.

Kitashinagawa Station
This station is convenient for the Hara Museum of Contemporary Art and the Jade Ore Museum which house a private collection of cut and uncut jade rocks and sculptures.

Shinagawa Station
Attractions near Shinagawa Station are the Nikon Museum which is an essential destination for Nikon camera fans, and the Hatakeyama Memorial Museum of Fine Art which exhibits a collection of East Asian art works related to the tea ceremony.

Sengakuji Station
This station is a two minute walk from Sengakuji Temple which is the location of the graves of the legendary 47 Ronin. These heroic samurai died proving their loyalty to their master and now celebrated each December 14th by a festival in their honor.
This is the northern terminus of the Keikyu Main Line. Transfer here to the Toei Asakusa Line.

Exit here for Nogeyama Zoo. This is a free municipal zoo with a range of animals on display including capuchin monkeys, tigers, wallabies, and red pandas. The zoo is a 5 minute walk from the station.

Yokosuka-chuo Station
Yokosuka-chuo Station is located in the center of the port city of Yokosuka and is convenient for its main attractions. There are 45 minute Naval Port Cruises offering views over both the scenic landscape and the various warships that are in dock. The Mikasa is a 19th century battleship that saw action in the Russo-Japanese War (1904-5) and is now open as a museum ship. Sarushima Island with its historic military remains is a 10 minute ferry ride from Yokosuka and is a popular location for camping, fishing, and swimming.

Horinouchi Station
Transfer here to the Keikyu Kurihama Line with trains bound for Miurakaigan Station in Miura. Miura is a popular seaside destination which is known for its long sandy beach and excellent seafood.

Airport Services
All airport services are northbound and depart from Platform 2 at Yokohama Station.
Keikyu Limited Express services from Yokohama Station to Narita Airport run on the Keikyu Main Line and then continue beyond Sengakuji Station on the Toei Asakusa Line, the Keisei Oshiage Line and Keisei Narita Airport Line before reaching the stations at Narita Airport Terminal 2 & 3 and Narita Airport Terminal 1. Journey times vary but you can reach Narita Airport in around 1 hour and 40 minutes for a fare of 1,730 yen.
Limited Express and Airport Express services from Yokohama Station to Haneda Airport are diverted from the Keikyu Main Line onto the Keikyu Airport Line at Kamata Station before continuing on to Haneda Airport’s international and domestic terminals. Travel times vary but you can reach Haneda Airport in 20 to 30 minutes for a fare of 370 yen.
