Hotel The Knot Yokohama has 145 guest rooms over 10 floors. Guest room come with semi-double, double, and twin beds and there is also a suite with wide twin beds and a sofa bed. Rooms are designed to resemble the cabins on a cruise liner and provided with vintage American-style furnishings which reflect the strong Western influence on Yokohama’s history.

All rooms are supplied with a TV, refrigerator, free coffee, slippers, pajamas, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, and a deodorizing humidifier. Bathrooms are provided with the following amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, razors, cotton swabs, bath towels, and face towels.

Breakfast & Dining
A buffet breakfast is served daily from 7.00 to 10.00 (last entry at 9.30) in the 1st floor Chinese and Western fusion restaurant Panwok. This breakfast includes both Western and Chinese options and costs 2,000 yen per person (inclusive of tax). Panwok is also open for lunch from 11.00 to 16.00 (last orders at 15.30) and for dinner from 17.00 to 23.00 (last orders at 22.30).
For other dining options there are numerous restaurants and cafes in the Yokohama Station building and in the department stores that surround it. There is also a 24-hour Lawson convenience store just 1 minute from the hotel where you can buy cheap drinks and snacks.

Hotel The Knot Yokohama has a 24-hour front desk with helpful staff some of whom can speak English.
Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. The front desk can keep your luggage before and after your stay, but you must collect your luggage by the end of the day on your check-out day.
The following items can be borrowed from reception: ironing equipment, a trouser press, a safety guard for a child’s bed, a desk lamp, and a mobile phone charger.
There is a 24-hour self-service laundromat with coin-operated machines on the 4th floor.
Also on the 4th floor are vending machines with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and an ice machine.
A laundry service is available every day, except Sundays and public holidays. Laundry items brought to the front desk by 10.00, will be returned to your room on the same day by 18.00.
There is a designated smoking room on the 3rd floor.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in all guest rooms and the lobby.
Parking is possible at a nearby parking lot for 2,000 yen per night.
