All guest rooms are fitted with Simmonds beds to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep, and high-performance air conditioners with a humidifying function.

Guest rooms are also furnished with a TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, a writing desk, an electric kettle, and a hair dryer. Complimentary mineral water, drip coffee, and sencha green tea are supplied to all rooms. Bathrooms are supplied with towels, general toiletries, bath salts and Laura Ashley shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Breakfast & Dining
A daily breakfast is served at the 1st floor restaurant, Tobago Café & Bar, between 7.00 and 9.30. Six different breakfast sets are available which Japanese, Chinese, and American style breakfasts, or special options such as omelette souffle, eggs benedict, or pancakes. All breakfast sets are priced at 1,620 yen but you can save 102 yen if you buy your breakfast tickets in advance. Smaller set breakfasts are available for children which come with Japanese or American options and a fixed price of 850 yen. Coffee, tea, and soft drinks are available for free with your breakfast.
Tobago Café & Bar
Tobago Café & Bar is also open between 11.00 and 21.00 serving light meals, cakes and other desserts and has a full drinks menu which includes craft beers, wine, cocktails, fruit smoothies, and lattes. There is also a Chinese restaurant serving Cantonese cuisine in the B1 basement level of the hotel.

Hotel Plumm has a 24-hour Front Desk. Check-in time is from 14.00, and check-out is by 11.00. Luggage can be stored at the front desk for up to three days before or after your stay at the hotel.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in all public areas such as the lobby, 1st floor cafe, and banquet hall, as well as in all guest rooms. LAN cables can be borrowed for free from the Front Desk and rental laptops are also available from the Front Desk for a fee of 1,000 yen per night.
On the 5th floor guests can find a self-service laundry room. The coin-operated washing machine costs 400 yen to use which includes an automatic supply of detergent. The dryer costs 100 yen for a 10-minute spin.
Drinks vending machines and an ice machine can also be found on the 5th floor.
A laundry service is available from Monday to Saturday. Laundry brought to the Front Desk by 10.00 will be ready by 18.00 the same day. This service is not available on Sundays or public holidays.
There is a parking lot in the B1 basement level of the hotel which is open from 7.00 to 23.00 and costs 1,600 yen per night.
