Daiwa Roynet Hotel Shin-Yokohama has 163 guest rooms over ten floors. These rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished and come with double, twin, or single beds. Both non-smoking and smoking rooms are available, but smoking is not permitted in the public areas of the hotel.

All guest rooms have stand-alone air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet access, a writing desk and chair, a television set with satellite channels, a refrigerator, a humidifying air purifier, a trouser press, a hair dryer, chargers for mobile phones and smartphones, an electric kettle, nightwear and slippers.

Private bathrooms come with a full set of towels and free amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush sets, shaving razors, combs, and cotton buds. Women and children can also receive a gift of special amenities at the front desk.

This hotel also has some ladies’ rooms which have special amenities and facilities such as facial cleansers and moisturizers, moisturizing facial masks, skin lotion, a facial steamer, and a foot massage machine.

Breakfast & Dining

Breakfast is served from 6.45 to 11.00 each morning in the Moriva Coffee café on the 1st floor of the hotel. Set breakfasts include sausage, scrambled egg, and salad with toast or pancakes; or a toasted sandwich with salad and a boiled egg. These breakfast sets include a drink or tea or coffee and cost just 520 yen. Moriva Coffee remains open until 22.00 each day serving a range of sandwiches, cakes, and delicious coffee.

In the streets around the hotel you can also find restaurants serving yakiniku style barbecued beef, Chinese and Italian food, and izakaya style casual restaurants. In the nearby station building there are even more dining options.

Other Services & Facilities

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Shin-Yokohama has a 24-hour front desk with helpful staff who will be happy to offer advice on local restaurants and sightseeing locations.

Check-in time is from 14.00 and check-out time is by 11.00. Luggage can be kept at the front desk before checking in and after checking out for one day.

There is a computer and printer in the front lobby that guests can use freely. Laptop computers can also be rented for 800 yen a night.

Items that can be borrowed from the front desk include nail clippers, a wine opener, alternative pillows, and an electric iron. Wheelchairs for use inside the hotel are also available to borrow.

This hotel has a self-service laundry on the 3rd floor with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. These machines take only 100-yen coins, but there is a change machine in the front lobby.

Drinks vending machines with alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are available on the 3rd and 7th floors. There are also microwave ovens which guests can use on the 3rd and 7th floors and a free ice machine on the 7th floor.

There is a car park on the ground floor of the hotel with a capacity for 20 cars. Parking spaces are allocated on a first-come first-served basis and cost 1,500 yen per night.

For security reasons the hotel entrance is closed between 24.00 and 6.00, but guests can enter the hotel between these hours using their room key.
